What we do
Putting children at the centre
Family separation and court proceedings can be difficult for everyone involved. Our role is to provide calm, impartial and professionally managed supervised contact in which children can spend meaningful time with a parent or other significant family member.
Contact can take place in the community or at another agreed location, depending on the circumstances of the case and the outcome of our referral and risk-assessment process.
Sessions are documented factually, and written reports can be provided for court or professional use where requested.

We welcome enquiries from families, family-law solicitors and professionals involved with children and families.
Professional referrals
We welcome referrals from solicitors, social workers and other professionals. We review the information provided and confirm whether we are able to accept the referral.
Local authority referrals
We can consider referrals from local authority children’s services where supervised contact forms part of a child’s care or support arrangements.
Family enquiries
Families can contact us directly to discuss their situation. We will respond sensitively and explain whether our service may be appropriate.
Qualifications & training
Professionally trained team
All of our contact supervisors are appropriately trained and checked for their role. Our staff undertake safeguarding and domestic abuse awareness training and hold relevant first-aid qualifications, helping us provide safe, professionally managed supervised contact for children and families.

Our fees
Transparent pricing
All fees shown below are plus VAT. Contact rates apply for up to three children per session.
Referral fee
£50 + VATA one-off fee charged when a new referral is accepted.
Supervised contact (Mon–Fri)
£50 + VATPer hour of supervised contact.
Supervised contact (Sat–Sun)
£60 + VATPer hour of supervised contact.
Written reports
£40 + VATFactual written reports suitable for court or professional use, prepared following the session where requested.
Separate handovers
Where separate arrival and departure arrangements are required so that parents do not come into direct contact with one another, an additional 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the contact session will be arranged. This additional 30 minutes is charged at half the applicable hourly contact rate + VAT.

Rates shown are for up to three children. Where more than three children are involved, an additional supervisor may be required and fees will be discussed during the referral process.
